My wife Pamela Wallace and I recently had dealings with Home Realty. We liked a home we saw on the MLS listing located in the Triple R area of Springville.

We went into the Home Realty office on a Saturday and were greeted by a friendly salesperson. This listing was with another office but the salesperson made arrangements to pick up the keys to the listing and closed the office, took the time to drive us to the house location and give us a tour of the house and property.

After talking it over with my wife, we decided that we would like to purchase this home. In order to do this we had to first sell our existing home.

Home Realty took the listing on our home, initiated the proper paperwork on trying to purchase the new property, and was on top of every step of the process. This wasn’t easy as the sellers of the Triple R home had moved out of the state and many faxes had to be sent and received in order to finalize the purchase of our new home.

Home Realty then proceeded to aggressively market the house we were trying to sell and in fact, had a buyer within a matter of 14 days. This buyer backed out at the last minute and Home Realty then put the house back on the market and had a very firm, qualified buyer again within two weeks.

At any rate it sold quickly, after emailing a few counter offers back and forth (bout 5 offer) Mike knows the area well and understands the market and customers needs. I hate to see the property go. Terra Bella has many advantages. But somebody else needed the property worse than I did, so we have 2 parties agreeing to a transaction.
